About the role

  • Junior People Assistant responsible for transactional support and administrative efficiency within the People Enablement Team, ensuring effective daily people processes in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide transactional and administrative support within the People Enablement Team
  • Act as the first point of contact for people queries linked to policy and process
  • Own and complete lifecycle administration for the contingent workforce
  • Support the People change agenda
  • Work closely with Payroll Manager and People Systems & Enablement Manager
