- Affiliate Executive managing and growing TikTok Shop affiliate marketing initiatives for an eCommerce company. Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns, nurturing relationships, and ensuring performance meets KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with campaign goals.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth.
- Negotiate commission structures and special incentives to maximize affiliate engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to keep campaigns optimized.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce sales events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11).
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
- Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate tools and campaign mechanics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker who can adapt to trends quickly.
- Experience managing multi-category products (e.g., fashion, beauty, FMCG).
