About the role

  • Wealth Sales & Support Leader overseeing sales performance and driving strategic initiatives across Wealth management. Aligning processes and enhancing advisor effectiveness in multiple US locations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and alignment across Wealth and partner business lines
  • Lead execution of divisional sales strategies
  • Oversee sales governance routines
  • Enhance advisor effectiveness through training and tools
  • Manage Client Planning Process and drive communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Eight years of experience in a wealth management support role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills with working product knowledge of wealth management
  • Strong interpersonal and sales support skills
  • Math aptitude related to wealth management concepts
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel occasionally overnight
