Responsibilities
Build and lead the enterprise B2B sales operation in Brazil.
Structure a predictable pipeline, sales process, forecast and execution cadence.
Lead strategic conversations with executives and C-level leaders.
Position the solution as a strategic ESG data infrastructure for large organizations.
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and high-value negotiations.
Serve as the link between commercial, technical and product teams.
Hire, develop and scale the sales team as the operation grows.
Requirements
Strong experience in complex and enterprise B2B sales.
Proven track record of selling to large organizations.
Hands-on experience building a structured commercial operation (process, pipeline and forecast).
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
Consultative, strategic and hands-on leadership style.
Comfortable with ambiguity, high-growth environments and making decisions under uncertainty.
High energy, initiative and an ownership mindset.
Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
