About the role

  • Head of Sales leading B2B enterprise sales operations in Brazil for an ESG data management technology company. Building a structured sales pipeline and engaging with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the enterprise B2B sales operation in Brazil.
  • Structure a predictable pipeline, sales process, forecast and execution cadence.
  • Lead strategic conversations with executives and C-level leaders.
  • Position the solution as a strategic ESG data infrastructure for large organizations.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and high-value negotiations.
  • Serve as the link between commercial, technical and product teams.
  • Hire, develop and scale the sales team as the operation grows.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in complex and enterprise B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to large organizations.
  • Hands-on experience building a structured commercial operation (process, pipeline and forecast).
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
  • Consultative, strategic and hands-on leadership style.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, high-growth environments and making decisions under uncertainty.
  • High energy, initiative and an ownership mindset.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
