About the role

  • Analyst of Infrastructure and Systems managing Salesforce at Evertec. Collaborating on internal system support and process mapping for a leading fintech company in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Administer users, profiles, permission sets and roles;
  • Create and maintain fields, objects, page layouts and record types;
  • Validation rules;
  • Flows;
  • Assignment rules, queues and declarative automations;
  • Approval processes;
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and tickets (e.g., via Jira);
  • Support business areas in defining requirements and improvements;
  • Ensure data quality and integrity;
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards;
  • Support deployment processes (sandbox → production);
  • Document Salesforce configurations and processes;
  • Assess impact of changes (e.g., picklist changes, rules, automations).

Requirements

  • Completed higher education;
  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
  • Solid knowledge of: Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), Flows, Reports and Dashboards, Standard objects (Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Case);
  • Basic knowledge of: Integrations (REST, APIs – functional perspective);
  • Experience with Sandbox and production environments;
  • Deploy and Change Management (GMUD);
  • Ability to analyze the impact of changes in Salesforce.
  • Desirable (differential): Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201);
  • Experience with: Integrations with external systems; Apex; LWC / Visualforce; Audits (e.g., SOX);
  • Experience working in environments with high data volume and integrations;
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
