About the role

  • Wealth Sales & Support Leader driving sales performance, ensuring alignment across Wealth, Wholesale, and partner business lines while enhancing advisor effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Drive divisional sales performance
  • Review and report sales activities with sales leaders
  • Drive communication, partnership and performance with product and support partner areas
  • Manage Client Planning Process
  • Drive advisor tool adoption, access to training, systems and product knowledge
  • Oversee Client Assignment/Regional migration input
  • Supports data integrity efforts
  • Advisor Desktop Champion – usage and data accuracy
  • Review reporting & dashboard data needs to driving sales progress
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to support wholesale and Wealth strategy
  • Monitor sales meeting cadences and agenda to ensure adherence
  • Proactively identify process efficiencies for the wealth team
  • Inspect and help drive consistency in routines and behaviors
  • Hub of sales communication and dissemination to division

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training
  • Eight years of experience in a wealth management support role or equivalent job experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and working product knowledge of wealth management
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomacy, and sales support skills
  • Math aptitude with the ability to grasp general accounting and financial concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
