About the role

  • Sales Manager leading a team of Account Executives at MRI Software, driving growth and client outcomes. Managing sales strategies and team performance in the Retail Software sector.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the company and promote the core and extended solution set relevant to the Occupier marketplace
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 2 Account Executives to exceed sales and support year on year growth
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture
  • Achieve and exceed all quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives
  • Produce timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports as required
  • Develop a deep understanding of MRI’s solutions and industry knowledge within the Occupier space
  • Ensure the team is well-trained on all products and industry trends through regular training sessions
  • Support the team in upselling and cross-selling strategic products across their account base
  • Execute full lifecycle of effective vertical driven GTM’s that drive target name prosecution, pipeline and growth
  • Ensure teams effectively implement MEDDPIC best practice to ensure client value is at the core of every deal closed and build a M1-M3 to support future growth
  • Increase volume of market intelligence, testimonials, and case studies
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Development, GPS, Support, and Finance to deliver client value
  • Ensure Salesforce is updated daily to reflect all sales and account activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years sales leadership or senior sales experience in Retail Software
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Stakeholder management, skilled in managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple departments and levels of seniority
  • Data-Driven decision-making, ability to leverage data and analytics to inform sales strategies, forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a quarterly, target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, confident, and energetic
  • Ability to manage complex sales projects with long lead times
