Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-value players, understanding their preferences and needs, alongside developing them from being simply customers to becoming brand advocates.
Proactively engage with VIP players through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and WhatsApp
Build long-lasting relationships with players by providing personalized support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have
Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to enhance their gaming experience
Collaborate with other internal departments such as marketing and promotions to create targeted campaigns for VIP players
Collecting and analyzing information and data on customer segments and suggesting changes for optimization
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we are offering the best VIP experience in the market
Requirements
Fluent in both Finnish and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in the role within the online casino industry
Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with high-value players
Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
