About the role

  • Inside Account Executive in HR Division managing client accounts and business relationships for McLean & Company. Focused on revenue growth through referrals and proactive client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage accounts and drive usage of McLean membership.
  • Conduct warm/cold calls and book onsite sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with Research and Product Teams.
  • Grow revenue by identifying referrals and pursuing sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education – minimum College Diploma
  • 2 years B2B sales + University Degree or
  • 5 years B2B sales + College Diploma
  • Account Management: Engaging and managing ongoing needs of clients.
  • Opportunity Identification: Active in identifying sales opportunities and growing client network.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective management of multiple calls and record keeping.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business language.
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand client needs.
