Senior Director overseeing global strategic partnerships for LJI's autonomous loyalty solutions. Collaborating with GSIs and ISVs, driving revenue growth and exceptional customer engagement outcomes.
Responsibilities
Architect and execute a GSI, ISV and influence partners roadmap.
Act as the face of LJI to GSI, ISV and Marketing agency practices and sales leaders.
Collaborate with LJI’s Product and Engineering teams to build industry-specific "playbooks."
Lead global account mapping and joint pursuit strategies.
Design "GRAVTY-ready" enablement programs.
Maintain a rigorous cadence of Executive Business Reviews to measure KPIs, proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks, and uncover "white space" opportunities.
Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and the evolving GSI, ISV, and Agency partner landscape.
Requirements
The "Big Firm" Pedigree with 10+ years of proven track record of managing GSI partnerships, preferably with prior work experience at one of the Global Strategic Partners.
Ecosystem Intelligence and deep understanding of the "internal math" of a GSI, and how to navigate their complex hierarchies.
Executive-level relationships within the top-tier GSIs, ISVs, or Agency partners.
Capability to seamlessly collaborate with LJI’s internal teams while navigating the often complex and demanding expectations of global partners, ensuring alignment and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Communication and presentation mastery, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen, with a history of driving measurable results.
Strong technical fluency with a clear understanding of modern architectures, including Cloud-Native, Serverless, and Agentic AI, enabling meaningful engagement with both technical and business stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM systems viz zoho, hubspot, salesforce, or similar tools to manage partnerships, track pipeline, and drive data-informed decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
