About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in Berlin, managing end-to-end recruiting for complex engineering positions. Focusing on delivering an excellent candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process for several of our subsidiaries, with a focus on complex construction engineering positions.
  • Conduct interviews and closely support decision-makers in our engineering offices.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and actively build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Active sourcing for demanding engineering roles, monitoring and optimizing relevant KPIs, systematic talent-pool building, and continuous market monitoring.
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition, particularly in stakeholder management and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Completed degree, vocational training, or an equivalent qualification relevant to recruiting.
  • Several years of experience in in-house recruiting for highly demanding positions (experience in construction engineering is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of active sourcing, related metrics and KPIs, and talent-pool building in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management in German (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Structured, results-oriented working style, high personal responsibility and reliability, teamwork skills, and strong organizational ability.
  • IT affinity and experience with MS 365 and common ATS systems (Softgarden knowledge is a plus).
