About the role

  • Technical Customer Advisor for a high-tech project in eMobility. Handling customer inquiries and providing technical support for Home-Charging solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Phone and written handling of technical customer inquiries in the area of home charging (e.g., installation, commissioning, troubleshooting)
  • Advising on various products from the automotive sector
  • Use of specialized software, backends and consoles for fault analysis and problem resolution

Requirements

  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Interest in technical subject areas and IT affinity (e.g., MS Office)
  • Willingness to work shifts (Mon–Sun, 06:00–22:00; core hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30)
  • Previous experience as a building/site technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician (m/f/d), or in e-mobility and charging infrastructure is an advantage
  • Independent and flexible working style as well as strong communication skills
