Responsibilities
Phone and written handling of technical customer inquiries in the area of home charging (e.g., installation, commissioning, troubleshooting)
Advising on various products from the automotive sector
Use of specialized software, backends and consoles for fault analysis and problem resolution
Requirements
Excellent German and English language skills
Interest in technical subject areas and IT affinity (e.g., MS Office)
Willingness to work shifts (Mon–Sun, 06:00–22:00; core hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30)
Previous experience as a building/site technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician (m/f/d), or in e-mobility and charging infrastructure is an advantage
Independent and flexible working style as well as strong communication skills
