About the role

  • Technical Account Manager serving as a trusted advisor to optimize products and services for Flutter Brands. Collaborating with Brand partners and managing technical issues in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the assigned Brand partner
  • Understand brands business goals and provide strategic technical guidance
  • Facilitate communications and support between the Studios, Technology and Flutter Brands stakeholders in a variety of time zones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, individually or in collaboration with technical and business teams
  • Meet delivery goals within the role involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent projects, initiatives and delivery flows and understand any impact and communicate this to the Brand partner
  • Monitor service health and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Provide timely status reports to management; proactively communicate any delay or blockers
  • Conduct and participate in product demonstrations, training, and technical onboarding
  • Maintain reports, status, and communication with Flutter Studios teams in support of the Brand partner
  • Positively represent team in front of stakeholders, partners, and Business
  • Provide feedback to Technical, Commercial and Product teams based on Brand partner insights

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience working with various stakeholders with the ability to effectively lead initiatives and coordinate between teams
  • Critical analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, Brand partner requests and priorities simultaneously
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Knowledge of online gaming (e.g. poker, casino, sportsbook) and/or regulatory/licencing projects is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience in a technical account management, pre-sales, customer success, or technical support role
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA and other development tools is an asset
