Responsibilities

  • Independently and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries by phone, email, and letter
  • Use of customer-specific IT systems
  • Advising and supporting customers on all investment and wealth products
  • Preparing quotations and processing changes to master data
  • Account reconciliations and dispatching documents
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
  • Goal-oriented working with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
  • High customer and service orientation as well as a strong willingness to learn
  • Rational and analytical thinking skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
  • Commercial or service-oriented training desirable but not required
