Responsibilities
Independently and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries by phone, email, and letter
Use of customer-specific IT systems
Advising and supporting customers on all investment and wealth products
Preparing quotations and processing changes to master data
Account reconciliations and dispatching documents
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships
Requirements
Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
Strong computer skills
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
Goal-oriented working with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
High customer and service orientation as well as a strong willingness to learn
Rational and analytical thinking skills
