Responsibilities

Work in a structured manner against clearly defined KPIs to actively drive revenue and improve results

Requirements
Commercial training or professional experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable field
Proven experience in telephone or face-to-face sales — ideally in a B2B environment
Enjoy interacting with customers and a strong drive to actively generate sales
Reliable, structured working style and confident use of digital tools such as CRM systems and MS Office
Open, strong communication skills and comfortable working in an international environment
Fluent German (C2) and proficient English (at least B2)
