People & Culture Manager overseeing HR processes and strategies in technology teams for Insider One. Acting as a strategic partner to the CTO and driving engagement in the workforce.
Responsibilities
Have **full ownership of end-to-end People & Culture processes** for Insider One’s **Technology teams** (Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, etc.)
Act as a **trusted thought partner and strategic advisor to the CTO** and technical leadership team on people-related topics including team structure, engagement, performance, learning & development, hiring, and retention
Work closely with the CTO to **scale technical teams globally** while maintaining a strong, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture
Lead and manage **People & Culture Business Partners and recruitment teams** supporting tech functions; provide guidance, mentorship, and direction
You will oversee and lead a recruitment team of around 10 people
Inspire, coach, and lead your team; track OKRs, define KPIs, conduct regular one-to-ones, and support continuous development
Play an active role in defining and tracking **OKRs and quarterly KPIs** for the Technology organization together with the CTO and CEO Executive Office
Build and execute **People & Culture strategies tailored to technical teams**, considering global growth, distributed teams, and fast-paced product development cycles
Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (People Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Rewards, People Experience) to deliver a seamless **candidate and employee experience** for tech talent
Conduct retention and engagement interviews, proactively analyze engagement and NPS data, and address risks early
Work closely with all Center of Excellence functions (People Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Rewards and People Experience Teams) to cultivate our candidate and Insider One experience;
Act as a **strategic consultant to recruitment teams** by shaping tech hiring strategies, identifying top technical talent, and ensuring strong culture fit
Actively contribute to **employer branding initiatives**, especially those targeting engineering and technical communities globally
Requirements
6+ years of experience in an HR role, with **at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner**
2+ years of proven experience in **leading and managing teams**
Strong experience working with **technical or product-driven teams** (Engineering, Product, Data, etc.)
Prior experience in a **high-growth, fast-paced tech or startup environment**
Solid leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
A **strategic mindset** with the ability to translate business and technology needs into people solutions
Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, labor law, talent management, learning & development; working knowledge of immigration processes is a plus
Excellent command of **spoken and written English**
Ability to build **strong relationships with senior technical leaders**, including C-level stakeholders
Comfort operating between **strategic partnership and hands-on execution**
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, global environment
Ability to manage ambiguity while setting an example of professionalism and leadership
