About the role

  • Sales Director driving revenue growth and client relationships for Visualisation One in New York or London. Leading business development in architectural visualisation sector.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth for Visualisation One in core markets
  • Build and steward senior client relationships with developers, brands, and design leaders
  • Position Visualisation One as a trusted, long-term creative partner
  • Support the broader Noë Studios strategy through collaboration and cross-selling
  • Lead new business development efforts for Visualisation One in North America and/or EMEA
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across:
  • ◦ Luxury residential and mixed-use developments
  • ◦ Hospitality and lifestyle brands
  • ◦ Commercial and cultural projects
  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with Visualisation One and Noë Studios growth objectives
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth targets and pipeline forecasting
  • Build trusted, senior-level relationships with developers, investors, architects, and brand leaders
  • Act as a primary commercial point of contact for key accounts, ensuring continuity and long-term value
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and capability showcases
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services, geographies, or retainers
  • Gather structured client feedback and translate insights into improved positioning and offerings
  • Work closely with the Managing Director of Noë Studios to identify opportunities for integrated solutions with Imerza and Noë & Associates
  • Collaborate with internal production, creative, and leadership teams to ensure commercially sound proposals and realistic scopes
  • Represent Visualisation One at industry events, conferences, and private client functions
  • Strengthen partnerships with architects, brokers, and consultants who influence project awards
  • Monitor market trends in real estate, hospitality, and architectural visualisation
  • Provide insight into competitor activity, pricing trends, and client expectations
  • Contribute to the evolution of Visualisation One’s sales narrative and go-to-market approach
  • New business revenue secured (annual and quarterly targets)
  • Growth of qualified sales pipeline
  • Conversion rate of qualified opportunities
  • Expansion of existing client accounts
  • Quality and longevity of client relationships

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or business development within:
  • ◦ Architectural visualisation
  • ◦ Real estate, design, or creative services
  • ◦ Adjacent high-end, project-based consulting environments
  • Experience selling complex, bespoke services rather than commoditised products
  • Strong network within real estate, architecture, development, or hospitality sectors
  • Comfortable operating at senior and C-suite level
  • Exceptional relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills
  • Strong visual and design literacy, with the ability to articulate creative value
  • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and proactive
  • Confident presenter, both one-to-one and in group settings
  • Polished, credible, and client-centric
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Collaborative and aligned with a collective, multi-disciplinary culture
