Responsibilities
You inspire future STICKERSTARS communities to create their own collectible sticker album
Quickly learn our entire sales process through a structured onboarding program
Manage primarily inbound customers – from initial contact to appointment scheduling
Screen new inquiries – approx. 700 inquiries per month
Schedule and conduct many meetings yourself
Serve as the first point of contact for project workflows
Support the team by providing input and templates
Work closely with Marketing and Project Management
Contribute your own ideas for continuous improvement in sales
Requirements
Some practical experience in sales, customer service, or account management
Excellent communication skills
Committed and open-minded
Quick learner; work in a structured and meticulous manner
Strong customer and service orientation with a hands-on mentality
Ideally, some experience in grocery retail (LEH)
Empathetic, with excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
Residence in or near Berlin
