About the role

  • HR Analyst focusing on backoffice processes for managing HR subsystems. Enhancing operational flow and integrating People Analytics within company protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Create and review procedures, manuals, and workflows for all HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Performance, Compensation, etc.), providing technical support to the Business Partner team;
  • Develop and maintain HR KPI dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets (Turnover, Absenteeism, Training ROI, Headcount, etc.) to support decision-making;
  • Monitor and verify payroll-related transactions (hirings, terminations, position and salary changes), ensuring personnel financial flows are compliant;
  • Support the technical setup of performance review cycles by preparing forms, consolidating data, and generating competency gap reports;
  • Configure and manage HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), design vacancy approval workflows, and assist with technical screenings;
  • Keep the company's salary table and job descriptions up to date, flagging discrepancies and supporting budget impact analysis;
  • Prepare training materials and handle logistics for internal training, organizing the annual training calendar and learning paths;
  • Design the welcome kit and technical onboarding schedule, ensuring the process is scalable and standardized;
  • Draft internal policies and ensure that People & Culture "rules of the game" are understood and documented for the Business Partner team;
  • Explore and implement automations and AI to optimize repetitive tasks within People & Culture.

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in at least three HR subsystems (e.g., Recruitment & Selection, Performance, Corporate Learning, Compensation, HR/Payroll, organizational climate, etc.).
  • Proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation for dashboards (required).
  • Enjoy designing flowcharts, writing policies, and organizing "chaos" into logical processes.
  • Familiarity with financial ERPs and recruitment software (ATS).
  • Required Competencies:
  • Organization and Discipline: Rigorous with deadlines and the quality of produced materials.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze numbers and identify trends or errors.
  • Written Communication: Excellent writing skills for drafting policies and internal communications.
  • Operational Ownership: Hands-on attitude to resolve back-office issues without constant supervision.
