Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience
Manage HRIS setup, documentation, scheduling, and coordination with IT and payroll
Run day-to-day office and basic IT operations
Manage supplies, space needs, and coordinate company events
Maintain employee records in the HRIS, draft documentation, and run reports
Support People team projects such as engagement surveys and policy updates
Identify efficiencies and implement improvements in processes
Requirements
Experience managing projects, keeping things running behind the scenes, or planning events (school, work, or volunteer)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple workflows without dropping balls
Knack for process improvement, organization, or creativity
Confident in owning operational processes and following through to completion
Care about people and their experiences
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Strong communication judgment: know how to listen, respond, and tailor messages
Quick to pick up new tools; comfortable using AI and automation for efficiency
