About the role
- Core Network Operations Professional at TIM managing telecom operations and maintenance. Responsible for automation, troubleshooting, and product support within a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Perform operation and maintenance on the assigned network
- Support the deployment area for new products/services across fixed, mobile and enterprise environments
- Perform programming on networks based on Value-Added Services (VAS) equipment
- Develop scripts and processes for automation (Python, Java and HTML)
- Perform advanced level 3 troubleshooting on VAS platforms
- Develop metrics for service-level analysis
- Perform trend analysis and behavior analysis based on network and service statistical data
- Interface with the procurement team for defining/following RFI and RFQ processes, with engineering teams (IP, mobile, fixed and enterprise), IT, Corporate Security and IT Security, L1 and L2 teams, as well as commercial areas to provide technological support for new services
- Coordinate with regulatory entities, partners/clients, and systems and service vendors (optical transmission, services, platforms and related)
- Participate in and support on-site interfaces with internal and external entities
- Prepare planning and execution of disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Experience in operations and maintenance support for telecommunications operators;
- Knowledge of logical security systems and interpretation of statistical data based on behavior analysis;
- Experience in convergent environments covering fixed and mobile networks;
- Experience validating new solutions in production environments;
- Availability to work in shift patterns, 5x2 schedule with weekend on-call duty;
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
