About the role

  • Business Development Manager selling innovative SaaS solutions to SMBs in Wellington. Focus on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through face-to-face sales.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Face-to Face sales
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Prospecting for new customers including contacting potential customers
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure that you are meeting your KPIs and targets
  • Contacting and investigating business opportunities
  • Understanding client needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions
  • Driving your own mobile operating rhythm

Requirements

  • A strong background and experience in face to face selling to Small to Medium businesses
  • Experience in new businesses development
  • History of successful sales performance in a commission-based environment
  • Experience working in a high transactional / shorter sales cycle role
  • Grit, hunger, and desire, without relying on anyone or anything to drive your success
  • A hunter and driver attitude, constantly focused on meeting and exceeding monthly targets
