Responsibilities
Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional support to colleagues
Managing the HR inbox and ensuring queries are responded to efficiently
Preparing employment documentation such as contracts, letters and HR correspondence
Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting general HR administration
Assisting with onboarding processes for new starters and supporting the employee lifecycle
Providing administrative support to the wider HR team, including Talent Acquisition and Payroll
Helping to keep HR processes organised, efficient and well documented
Requirements
Organised, enthusiastic, and confident juggling multiple priorities
Experienced in HR admin or recruitment admin within a busy environment
Skilled in written communication, with strong IT ability (especially Microsoft Office and Excel)
Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Keen to learn, grow, and develop your HR knowledge
Familiar with HR systems such as iTrent or People First (desirable, not essential)
Working towards or interested in a qualification like CIPD Level 3 (also desirable)
