Responsibilities

  • Identify the personnel development needs of various departments
  • Advise departments on tailored development measures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for work-study continuing education and degree programs
  • Support the design of new content for HR development initiatives
  • Continuously improve internal HR development processes
  • Research, select and collaborate with suitable external training providers
  • Prepare and analyze reports

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in HR development and in conceptual/design work
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or e-learning platform
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Trainer qualification or trainer certification desirable
