Responsibilities
Independently manage topics related to employee support
Provide comprehensive support to employees and act as the point of contact for managers on all personnel-related as well as labor and collective bargaining law matters
Support HR management in the continuous development and optimization of HR processes
Participate in projects in interdisciplinary collaboration
Handle personnel administration for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding after an appropriate familiarization period
Represent HR management during periods of absence
Requirements
Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, qualification as a personnel clerk, or an equivalent relevant vocational training
Several years of professional experience in HR; clinical experience desirable
Solid knowledge of the TVöD collective agreement and Marburger Bund
Excellent communication and verbal expression skills
Structured and independent working style
Team player, reliable, highly committed
Confident presence when interacting with all occupational groups in our clinic
