Pursuing a MA, BA or BS degree in organizational development, I/O psychology, human resources, or equivalent minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Requires a general knowledge of best practices in learning including learning theories and instructional design models

Requires the ability to influencing people and teams
Requires computer operation skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions as needed to prepare documents and presentations.
