About the role

  • Paid Media Campaign Manager managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for international brands. Responsible for campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Performance Director on campaign strategy
  • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Share insights and best practices with your team
  • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion
  • Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads)

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Meta and/or Google Ads)
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator and dependable team player
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
  • Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution
  • Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes
  • At least 1 year of agency-side experience
  • Google Looker Studio experience
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and presenting insights
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation
  • Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console
