About the role

  • Client Success Manager coordinating the delivery of services for Managed Services clients at AHEAD. Supporting Senior Client Success Managers while managing smaller accounts independently.

Responsibilities

  • The Associate Client Success Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of services for AHEAD Managed Services clients.
  • Supports Senior Client Success Managers on large, complex accounts while independently managing a portfolio of smaller accounts.
  • Acts as a primary point of escalation and coordination between AHEAD Managed Services, client director, and the customer.

Requirements

  • Minimum Required: 6+ years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
  • Preferred:
  • • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • • ServiceNow experience
  • • Undergraduate degree and 6 years relevant experience
