About the role

  • 3-month Sales & Customer Success internship supporting partner onboarding and relationship management. Includes on-site event support and work with tools like Intercom and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the interface between Höme and our partners: from initial contact and proposal processes to implementation and management of ongoing collaborations.
  • You will learn how sales and customer relationship management work in a creative environment.
  • Your tasks include maintaining existing partnerships, identifying new ones, and helping shape how we can better support festival organizers and other events.
  • Customer Success Management: You are the first point of contact for our partners and support them in getting the most out of our tools for their events.
  • Database maintenance: You ensure our information is up-to-date, clean, and well-organized.
  • Research: You will find new, exciting events that could be a good fit for us.
  • Support & tools: You will work with tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, and of course email.
  • On-site support: When needed, you will be on-site at events to support our team at the entrance.
  • Reporting & analysis: You help analyze feedback and data so we can continue to improve.

Requirements

  • You are currently in vocational training or pursuing a degree in business administration, communications, media, or a related field.
  • You enjoy communication, organization, and working independently.
  • You can express yourself well—both verbally and in writing—and always find the right tone.
  • You have a structured way of working and a strong sense for people.
  • Ideally, you have some first experience in sales or customer support.
  • It's important to us that you are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
