About the role

  • Intern in Customer Success Management at GreenPocket, a smart energy software startup. Engage in user experience tracking, customer satisfaction surveys, and project presentation.

Responsibilities

  • User Experience: You independently track the user experience of our products and systematically analyze the results
  • Customer Happiness Manager: You design and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, derive actionable recommendations for our existing-customer strategy, and present them to project management
  • Visualization Specialist: In direct collaboration with our customers, you visualize their energy infrastructure and lay the foundation for optimal customer understanding
  • Presentation Talent: You participate in customer meetings and impress our clients with compelling presentations
  • Your Own Project: You will receive an independent project in Customer Success Management, which you will present to the team and the CEO at the end of your internship

Requirements

  • You are a registered student and are at least in your third semester of studies in Energy Management/Energy Economics, Economics, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Ideally, you already have initial project management experience and have carried out analyses and evaluations there, but this is not a requirement
  • Familiarity with software tools such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable
  • In addition to an analytical mindset, you are characterized by a systematic and goal-oriented way of working
  • You are highly organized and bring a strong degree of initiative and excellent communication skills
  • You have very good German and good English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
