About the role

  • Analyst for Customer Success Operations at Solutionreach handling customer lifecycle management and analytics. Partnering with GTM leadership to drive reporting and insights for customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end customer lifecycle reporting
  • Building and enhancing Power BI dashboards
  • Performing deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes behind churn
  • Partnering with cross-functional executives to design lifecycle KPIs
  • Driving alignment across cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, business operations, revenue operations, or a related data driven function
  • Advanced level Power BI experience
  • Proficiency with SQL and working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce
  • BA/BS degree in business, analytics, data science, finance, IT, engineering, or a related field
