About the role

  • Senior Asset Transition Manager leading large scale transitions at Standard Life, a retirement specialist. Ensuring optimal member experience and managing shareholder risk through collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • lead on large scale and complex transition events ensuring that member experience is optimised, and shareholder risk is managed
  • work alongside key stakeholders such as the implementation and operational teams during the transition project lifecycle
  • ensure a seamless client experience
  • provide SME support to wider business when transitions insight is required
  • work closely with our Workplace New Business team to ensure strong transitions and support during the RFP and Pitch stages

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of Workplace Pensions, their administration systems and fund structures
  • Experienced in the planning and execution of unit link transition events with a focus on ensuring the best outcome for customers with an in-depth understanding of transition methods (re-registration / in specie / prefunding) and experience in the application of these methods
  • Experience in the planning and execution of unit link transition events with a focus on ensuring the best outcome for customers
  • Experience in supporting distribution through RFP responses and attendance to site visits and pitches
