Responsibilities
Lead global LOA administration and the accommodations program
Manage long-term leave cases and sickness absence monitoring
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all LOA processes
Drive continuous improvement and digital enablement
Oversee long-term sickness management and monitoring
Manage relationships with LOA vendors and third-party administrators
Ensure adherence to statutory leave regulations and internal controls
Leverage analytics for dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement
Act as a knowledge expert in Leave of Absence management
Requirements
Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven years in leave of absence operations or HR shared services
Background in managing multi-region LOA processes and vendor coordination
Strong understanding of compliance requirements and audit readiness
Good data and reporting skills; experience with dashboards and performance monitoring
Experience with automation and AI‑enabled HR tools
Familiarity with Workday and LOA vendor platforms desirable
