About the role

  • HR Analyst – Benefits supporting the design and analysis of employee benefit programs. Collaborating closely with the Senior Benefits Analyst and coordinating with various stakeholders in Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the design, administration, and analysis of employee benefit programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
  • Works closely with the Senior Benefits Analyst to provide data-driven insights, streamline processes, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits delivery
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and compliance requirements (Desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
