Responsibilities
Lead multi-discipline marketing team to recommend an integrated annual demand plan across marketing, sales, and commercialization activities
Lead concept and business case development for close-in (<18 months) new product launches
Drive marketing innovation and experimentation to drive growth against new consumer targets, sales channels and uses for our products
Lead integration with Sales, Product Supply and Demand Planning to monitor, adjust and recommend monthly and annual volume forecast to Strategic Business Unit General Managers
Manage, train, development and provide career coaching to 1-4 Associate Marketing Manager direct reports
Requirements
7-9 years of packaged goods or relevant marketing field experience
Proven track record of achievement and advancement
Strong thought leadership, people leadership and GM mindset
Familiarity using modern marketing platforms and capabilities to drive both performance and equity goals
Previous base brand manager of packaged goods brands with at least $50M in annual sales preferred
