About the role

  • Head of Product Marketing developing AI-accelerated go-to-market strategies for ERP products. Leading initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement with a B2B software focus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead AI-accelerated go-to-market strategies that compress traditional timelines by 60%, meet customer needs, and ensure portfolio coherence across the ERP product ecosystem.
  • Drive GTM programs that achieve productivity gains through automation while partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Create GTM enablement packs that support Marketing’s demand generation and improve Sales effectiveness.
  • Define GTM strategy and manage execution for multiple ERP product launches.
  • Lead the business teams involved in each launch initiative.
  • Roll out a consistent, repeatable GTM framework across all initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness and deliver product marketing aspects of launches.
  • Manage critical path dependencies, particularly SKU creation timelines.
  • Deliver value propositions and enable sales conversion by creating collateral, tools, and GTM initiatives that ensure products meet divisional targets.
  • Develop buyer enablement content to support autonomous journeys, including interactive demos, self-service resources, and digital buying experiences.
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities for ERP products across other markets through well-executed strategies.
  • Champion the voice of the customer in all planning and execution forums by leveraging insights from interviews, win/loss analysis, and market research to shape positioning and messaging.
  • Design and optimize autonomous buyer journeys that allow customers to self-educate, evaluate, and progress through the buying cycle with minimal friction.
  • Develop and validate customer-centric, outcome-led propositions in collaboration with key customers to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track GTM effectiveness.
  • Deliver post-launch stakeholder reports with performance analysis, lessons learned, and enhancement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Significant GTM/product marketing experience in B2B software with a proven track record of delivering projects that generate commercial returns.
  • Skilled at managing multiple time-sensitive projects under challenging deadlines, with exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset, commercially astute, process and metrics driven; strategic thinker who can balance high-quality planning with hands-on execution in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Experience creating compelling marketing and sales enablement materials, portfolio strategy, and multi-product positioning.
  • Ability to design autonomous buyer journeys and outcome-led propositions that enhance customer experience and drive competitive advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools; proven ability to manage compressed GTM programs and apply data-driven measurement approaches.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (Claude, Copilot), call analysis platforms (Clari Groove), and AI automation tools.
  • ERP experience; expertise in building customer advocacy and reference programs; understanding of agile/sprint-based GTM methodologies.
