Requirements
Minimum of 5 years as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in digital agencies or e-commerce.
Proven experience in strategic account management, backlog prioritization, and leading agile processes.
Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.) and performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of digital strategies (SEO, CRM, CRO, Paid Media, Branding).
Solid experience in client relationship management, executive presentations, and business development.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Project Management: mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog prioritization.
Data Analysis: interpretation of KPIs and performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rate).
Negotiation: strategic communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
