Responsibilities

  • Híbrido is a technology company specializing in building custom e-commerce projects focused on improving clients' sales performance and brand recognition.
  • The Senior Account Manager is the strategic link between the client and the internal team, ensuring excellence in deliverables, client satisfaction, and the continuous growth of client results.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, aligning digital performance with business objectives with a focus on agile management and strategic relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in digital agencies or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, backlog prioritization, and leading agile processes.
  • Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.) and performance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of digital strategies (SEO, CRM, CRO, Paid Media, Branding).
  • Solid experience in client relationship management, executive presentations, and business development.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
  • Project Management: mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog prioritization.
  • Data Analysis: interpretation of KPIs and performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rate).
  • Negotiation: strategic communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
  • E-commerce Management: holistic view of marketing, technology, logistics, and operations.
  • Business Acumen: ability to turn data into decisions and growth opportunities.
  • Organized, proactive, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills with clients and internal teams.
