Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the management of all our facilities
- Develop facility projects, CPOM (multi-year performance and funding agreements), and prepare periodic HAS (French National Authority for Health) evaluations
- Oversee the renewal of authorizations and the Institute's strategic plan
- Mobilize the necessary resources to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
- 15 years' experience, including at least 5 years in senior management positions (responsible for more than 100 staff)
- Essential experience in the healthcare and/or social care sector, ideally across multiple facilities
- Strategic vision, commitment, ability to provide direction and to unite and engage teams
