Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the management of all our facilities
Develop facility projects, CPOM (multi-year performance and funding agreements), and prepare periodic HAS (French National Authority for Health) evaluations
Oversee the renewal of authorizations and the Institute's strategic plan
Mobilize the necessary resources to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
15 years' experience, including at least 5 years in senior management positions (responsible for more than 100 staff)
Essential experience in the healthcare and/or social care sector, ideally across multiple facilities
Strategic vision, commitment, ability to provide direction and to unite and engage teams
