Responsibilities
Deliver on business development and sales strategies that align with quarterly and fiscal year financial goals
Interface regularly with existing and prospective clients to gain new business and ensure satisfaction of current clients
Develop target lists for new business prospects and secure new clients in alignment with financial targets
Collaborate with team members across the organization to create pitch decks and project concepts
Maintain superior knowledge of emerging and recent advances in clinical medicine, therapeutics, and the biopharmaceutical industry
Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives to facilitate long-term growth of the company
Present monthly and quarterly performance reports and metrics to leadership
Requirements
5-10 years’ experience in a sales or senior sales role within the pharmaceutical services industry with proven success in business expansion
Proven ability to acquire new clients and to nurture and grow existing clients
Ability to function independently with effective time management, organization, and customer management skills
Attention to detail; ability to manage diverse tasks and deliver work on time and at a high level of quality
Strong interpersonal skills, including intelligent, quick, forward, and strategic thinking and the ability to represent Decera Clinical in a professional manner
Team-oriented, collegial, proactive, and predisposed to act as a confidential partner to internal peers and stakeholders
Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
Solid understanding of industry specifics and business strategies
