About the role

  • Human Resources Advisor supporting employee relations and recruitment efforts for Ten, a lifestyle management and concierge services leader. Based in Zurich, balancing HR advisory and recruitment responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Advise on performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence
  • Support fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions
  • Ensure consistent use of HR policies and procedures
  • Promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture
  • Support organisational change and consultations
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Advise on policy and process updates
  • Manage right-to-work, visas, sponsorships, and relocation
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Resolve HR and payroll discrepancies
  • Manage salary, pension, medical, and deduction queries
  • Handle payroll changes for starters, movers, and leavers
  • Ensure compliance with pay and overtime rules
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment plans
  • Create and publish job adverts
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and ATS updates
  • Support offers, checks, and talent pipelines
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Encourage HR self-service and employee education
  • Support ad-hoc people operations activities as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources Advisory role or remit.
  • Knowledge and expertise in local labour law and payroll is essential.
  • Prior recruitment experience is essential.
  • Working towards a formal HR qualification is mandatory.
  • Record of success in resolving employee disputes.
  • Knowledge and expertise in managing employment claims escalated to formal bodies.
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and creativity to drive positive change.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional ability to deliver to agreed deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1/C2).
  • A formal qualification in HR is desirable.
  • International exposure is desirable.
