About the role

  • TRIRIGA Subject Matter Expert consulting for federal government agency providing analysis and guidance on software modernization initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing TSA software systems—including IBM TRIRIGA and Microsoft SharePoint—to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and integration of new features.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive Real Estate Software Assessment Report summarizing findings and recommendations for a user base of approximately 100 individuals.
  • Create detailed software documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, test plans, and use cases, while maintaining full traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Review, verify, and validate software functionality to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
  • Support and conduct quarterly training sessions to educate stakeholders on new features, system changes, and process updates.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with IBM. TRIRIGA for real property management.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Familiarity with TRIRIGA system architecture and functionality.
