About the role
- Payer Solutions Architect coordinating rollout of State and Payer solutions for homecare technology platform. Ensuring customer engagement and timely project implementations while managing multiple stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination, communication, definition, and completion of assigned projects related to the rollout of State and Payer solutions
- Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
- Remove barriers for implementation, customer success, and sales teams for timely implementations
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail and exceptional technical skills
- Engage with customer stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience and engagement
- Participate in cross-functional discussions and strategy sessions
- Support pre-implementation activities including review of implementation requirements and identifying risks
- Represent technical perspectives in client meetings and contribute to decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technology implementations, preferably in healthcare with a focus on solution configuration//design
- Deep understanding of SaaS implementation models, preferably within home and community-based care, Medicaid, or payer-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success in building repeatable processes, managing risk, and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes through technology.
- Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.
