About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate extensively with client stakeholders
- Lead the conceptual design of end-to-end technical solutions
- Conduct thorough market research and options appraisals
- Oversee creation of interactive prototypes and architectural visualisations
- Provide architectural guidance during the Discovery phase
- Define a coherent IAM model
- Identify and assess technical risks
- Present complex technical concepts to clients
- Contribute to key Discovery deliverables
- Work effectively within an accelerated, agile consulting environment
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in IT
- Significant portion (typically 3+ years) in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role
- Strong background in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Demonstrable experience in leading Discovery phases
- Familiarity with UK Government frameworks and digital standards
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
