About the role

  • Account Manager onboarding new clients and developing successful PPC campaigns for Google Ads. Driven role in vibrant Barcelona within the Digital Marketing Ads team.

Responsibilities

  • In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Detect and understand customer’s objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.
  • Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
  • Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign´s upselling.
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience
  • Language Skills: C2 level of Spanish and C1 level of English.
  • 12 months of experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
  • Able to complete clearly defined tasks independently and ask for help when needed.
  • Has used CRM systems for tasks like updating records or checking customer info
  • Has explored AI tools and is learning how to use them to support communication
  • Communicates effectively in work situations and is improving clarity.
  • Likes working toward shared goals and contributing to team success.
  • Can deliver structured presentations and write professional messages.
  • Shows initiative in familiar tasks and maintains a helpful attitude.
  • Works independently with support and communicates well with teammates
  • Understands how their role contributes to business outcomes.
  • Can help with competitor research using clear instructions.
  • Focuses on helping customers and improving their experience.
  • Spanish Market Knowledge: understanding of the Spanish business culture and regional differences to establish business relationships and tailor sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with the key sectors of the Spanish economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding specific industry needs.
  • Spanish Communication: ability to communicate effectively with Spanish professionals, adapting communication style to the context and interlocutor.
  • Understanding of the nuances of Spanish business language.
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Spanish Legal Knowledge: basic knowledge of Spanish business regulations, including labor and commercial laws, to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Spanish data privacy laws (LOPD and GDPR) to adapt communication and data collection strategies.
