About the role

  • Partnership Manager driving enterprise and partnership sales strategy for real estate clients. Engaging and closing key partnerships with a focus on growth in various market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, own and develop new strategic partners with the aim of delivering new business revenue across Real Estate Agency, Conveyancer, Mortgage Broker and Comparison Site markets
  • Leading, engaging, closing and scaling key partnerships via meetings and online Demos of our platforms, across a range of business types, industries and markets
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for growth and working with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps and GTM strategy, moving us towards product-led sales and longer enterprise sales cycle
  • The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to actively work with Sales and Customer Success teams to gain unparalleled access to the UK's largest real estate clients, creating strong opportunity for personal growth and development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B technology, information, or related fields
  • Prospecting and new partnerships and business acquisition skills
  • Experience in Real Estate / PropTech / Fintech
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment to build strategy and execution plans as well as developing strong relationships both internally and with key partners.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and close deals
  • Ability to thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture
  • Resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality to sell into this market
  • Proficient with desktop technology, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn Salesforce as a key sales tool
  • Legal rights to live and work in the UK.
  • Knowledge of the Residential property market and/or Residential property valuations process
  • Formalised value-based sales training or telephone selling skills
  • Salesforce experience and wider sales reporting/forecasting experience.
  • B2B Partnership in SaaS
  • Stickability/grit - not a job hopper. Sticks at something for over 3 years
  • Excellence - something outstanding they have done outside of work or in a work environment that's pushed them out of their comfort zone.
  • University degree, academically strong
  • SaaS Tech start-up experience
  • Property Investment / development experience is a requirement.

Benefits

  • Depending on experience £35-£45K base
  • Uncapped commission
  • This is a hybrid role and we have an office in Mayfair in London should the candidate choose to be there.
