About the role

  • PeopleSoft Technical Consultant responsible for design, development, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications and interfaces. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and interfaces.
  • Work on enterprise-wide projects involving Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor.
  • Develop and support integration with third-party systems using Integration Broker (IB) and web services.
  • Utilize People Code, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, and COBOL SQL for custom development.
  • Implement and support Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Fluid UI, Work Centers, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids.
  • Use tools like Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, and Job Scheduling for development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional analysts and business users.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical members.
