Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR Team for HR projects and initiatives
Maintain and update the HR calendar
Provide day-to-day administration support using the HRMS (Ceridian Dayforce), including data entry and reporting
Organize and maintain the HR SharePoint site (employee files)
File management
Other HR administration duties as assigned
Requirements
Enrolled in a post-secondary degree program
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong listening skills
Must possess a strong customer service and team player orientation
Exceptional telephone manner
Strong Computer skills (MS Office)
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
