Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leaders and managers
Provide HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Lead and support a team of HR Generalists
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions
Drive labor relations activities and support management during labor discussions
Promote a strong performance culture through goal setting and accountability
Engage as a partner in CBA union negotiations and grievances
Resolve complex employee relations matters
Maintain strong relationships with union leadership
Work proactively to advance inclusion and diversity goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of HR experience
Demonstrated labor relations experience supporting a unionized workforce
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
