- Inform Total Rewards of mandatory increases and CLA alignment and provide recommendations regarding country merit increases
- Administer sales incentive plans, handle letter preparation and payout calculations with Finance and Sales
- Lead employment relations matters, including policy updates, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations
- Manage organizational changes and restructure plans with empathy
- Provide legal advice on employment matters to ensure compliance with local labor law, including policies, sick leave, absenteeism, and leave management
- Implement Strategic Business Unit strategies through performance management support, talent development initiatives, and engagement survey action planning
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive experience as an HR Manager, experience gained in a multinational environment will be an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions
- A talent for balancing time, tasks, and projects
- Fluency in English and Polish
