Responsibilities
Whether job postings, applicant management, conducting interviews or onboarding — you support recruiting and ensure new employees can hit the ground running from day one.
Together with the regional HR team, you advise and support our employees and managers on all HR-related matters across the entire employee lifecycle (entry, onboarding, changes, exit).
You prepare individual personnel measures, coordinate them with our works councils and implement them within operational HR management on time and to the required quality standards.
You compile relevant HR metrics and produce corresponding reports.
You actively contribute to the further development of HR processes and take on work packages as part of HR projects.
Requirements
You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree (preferably with a focus on HR).
You have several years of professional experience in generalist, operational HR work, acquired in a decentralized company (SME or corporate group) or in HR services.
Thanks to your solid knowledge of labor and works council law and your commercial outlook, you handle all challenges in daily business with confidence.
You are alert to emerging needs for action and address topics proactively and with a good sense for employees.
You communicate proactively with stakeholders inside and outside HR.
A high level of service and customer orientation distinguishes you.
You are regularly willing to travel within your region.
